This information is required for new and returning customers, in order to minimize turnaround time. We will not begin repairs until we have this information.

How can I ship my mic safely?

We recommend packing your mic in a new shipping box with several layers of thick bubble wrap and paper to fill the rest of the box. UPS and FedEx are recommended, and government postal services tend to be best for international orders. Do not request signature required.

What kind of microphones do you work on?

Ribbon microphones! We specialize in vintage RCA mics, but have experience with virtually every ribbon mic ever made. Our repair queue can get very busy, so we suggest you send Dynamic and Condenser mics to a more suitable repair shop.
